About Elizabeth

Elizabeth has more than 23 years of legal experience and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2003, after earning her law degree at the University of Alberta in 2002. She articled with Biamonte LLP, and her practice has included motor vehicle accident claims, fatal accident and wrongful death claims, insurance disputes, long-term disability claims, landlord and tenant disputes, real estate matters, estate administration and litigation, employment law, general civil litigation, and sexual assault claims, including historical claims. She has significant experience acting for survivors of Indian Residential Schools. During law school she served as Director of the University of Alberta's student-run 'Law Show,' and she has volunteered as a board member for Water Ski Wakeboard Alberta, the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association, the St. Thomas More Lawyers' Guild, and the Women's Legal Forum.
