About Wendy

Wendy Phillips-Berard began practicing law in 1999 and has practiced in St. Albert since 2001. She has extensive training in dispute resolution and works with clients on family law matters as well as cohabitation, prenuptial, and marriage agreements. She also assists people with estate planning and matters affecting Alberta's aging population, and with common real estate issues such as refinancing and property rights. She has been a Registered Collaborative Family Lawyer since 2002, was a board member of the Association of Collaborative Family Professionals (Edmonton) from 2007 to 2017, has chaired or co-chaired its Forms and Precedents Committee since 2007, and has served as its registrar since April 2019. She is also a member of the Collaborative Divorce Association of Alberta, Collaborative Professionals of Canada, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and received her law degree from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 1998.
