About Biagio

Biagio Del Greco is a partner at Lyttle McGarry Del Greco LLP who practices exclusively in criminal defence and represents clients in French, English, and Italian across Eastern Ontario. Born and raised in Montreal, he earned a B.A. in political science from Concordia University in 2005, then attended the University of Ottawa's law school, graduating in 2008. He articled in Ottawa under two experienced criminal defence lawyers and was called to the bar in 2009, eventually building a partnership with colleagues Ewan Lyttle and Brett McGarry. He focuses on giving clients accurate information about their charges and the consequences they face, alongside thorough case preparation and advocacy.
