About Benjamin
Benjamin A. Kranc is a corporate immigration lawyer with more than three decades of experience helping businesses, executives and skilled workers secure the status they need to work and reside in Canada. Before joining McInnes Cooper, he was principal of Kranc Associates, a Toronto-based corporate immigration law firm. He advises Canadian and multinational corporations, global mobility firms, and legal counsel on business immigration matters spanning work permits, intra-company transfers, CUSMA applications, labour market impact assessments, Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Programs. He previously served as a director of Emigra Group (now Newland Chase), one of the world's largest corporate immigration service providers. He is the author of North American Relocation Law, has contributed to legal periodicals, and has lectured in the University of British Columbia's immigration law program. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association's Citizenship and Immigration Section and holds Martindale-Hubbell's AV Preeminent rating.
