About Stephen
Stephen J. D'Agostino is the firm's managing partner, a role he has held since January 2019. His practice concentrates on municipal, planning, environmental, and expropriation law, and he regularly appears before municipal councils, the Ontario Land Tribunal, and the courts on behalf of municipalities, public agencies, developers, and ratepayers' groups. His files have included federal and provincial environmental assessments, approvals for landfills and telecommunication infrastructure, and compensation disputes arising from land expropriation. Stephen was called to the bar in 1984 after earning his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, and he has been repeatedly ranked by Lexpert and listed in Best Lawyers in Canada.
