About Brandon
Brandon has been recognized for his work in practice and his contributions to the profession, including a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch listing for criminal defense and a Chambers Canada mention as an Associate to Watch for his work in administrative and public law litigation. In 2026 he received the OBA's Heather McArthur Memorial Award and Queen's University's Dan Soberman Outstanding Young Alumni Award. He is active in the legal community as duty counsel for an inmate assistance program at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, as a Pro Bono Ontario volunteer on leave to appeal matters, and as a moot coach and adjunct professor at Queen's and Osgoode. Brandon earned his JD at Queen's University and completed an LLM at Cambridge, where he was a Paul Martin Sr. Scholar, and graduated with the Dean's Silver Scholar Award for the second-best standing in his final year. He belongs to the Ontario Bar Association, The Advocates' Society, and the Criminal Lawyers' Association, sitting on its Litigation Committee.
