Adam B. Sadinsky has practiced only in immigration and refugee law since 2017, regularly appearing before the Immigration and Refugee Board along with the Federal Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Beyond litigation, he handles pre-removal risk assessments, humanitarian and compassionate applications, work and study permits, citizenship matters, and issues of criminal inadmissibility. He served as co-counsel for the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers in cases before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and currently serves as CARL's Vice President, including a seat on the IRB's Consultative Committee. Adam earned his JD from Queen's University, where he received several academic prizes, and holds a first-class honours BA in political science from McGill University.
