About Audrey

Audrey Yen is a civil litigator at Ashmead Law with experience in corporate, personal injury, and insurance litigation. She second-chaired one of the longest commercial trials in Victoria's history and has cross-examined expert witnesses in complex personal injury cases, including one where a multi-million-dollar damages claim was reduced to a modest award. Audrey earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia in 2013 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2017, and was called to the BC Bar in 2018. Before law school she built databases and consulted on business systems for educational and non-profit organizations, which now informs her work advising both large insurers and small business clients.
