About Arthur

Arthur Wechsler has spent his entire legal career of more than 35 years at Kugler Kandestin. He became a partner in 1998 and was appointed managing partner in 2012, overseeing the firm's direction and management committee while maintaining a full litigation practice and supervising the firm's associates. Wechsler and his team have built the largest personal and bodily injury practice in Québec, representing hundreds of severely injured clients and acting as lead counsel in many of the province's largest judgments and settlements in personal injury and medical malpractice. He is fluently bilingual in French and English, has lectured a full-semester course on personal and bodily injury law and medical malpractice at the McGill Faculty of Law, and often works on a contingency-fee basis. He chairs the board of the St. Mary's Hospital Foundation.
