About Suzanne

Suzanne Boisvert has practiced law in private practice since being admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2012, focusing on real estate law, civil litigation and estate law. Before turning to law, Boisvert worked in real estate beginning in the 1980s, first as a real estate broker and later managing large multi-residential and office complexes, and served for several years on the board of a resort condominium syndicate. Boisvert holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal. Boisvert's practice covers residential and commercial leasing disputes, hidden defects claims and other real estate matters, as well as estate disputes involving liquidators and contested wills. Boisvert has also served as legal advisor to the Association des propriétaires d'appartements du Grand Montréal (APAGM), a non-profit representing Montreal-area rental property owners and managers.
