About Claudia

Claudia Giroux joined Kugler Kandestin in 2022 after six years at a firm specializing in commercial and real estate litigation, where she pleaded before all levels of court in Québec, including the Court of Appeal. Her practice focuses on civil litigation involving personal injury, medical malpractice and class actions, along with insolvency and commercial litigation matters. Giroux holds a master's degree in law from the Université de Montréal; her thesis on equity and good faith in contractual justice received an exceptional mention from the jury.
