About Sierra
Sierra Orschel joined Sangra Moller LLP as an articling student and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2025. She assists clients with corporate and commercial matters, corporate finance transactions, and securities compliance, with a particular interest in environmental law and how evolving regulatory frameworks affect corporate governance, risk management, and disclosure obligations. She completed her summer articles in Ontario and received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Ottawa in 2024, where she served as an executive of the Environmental Law Association and the Sports Law and Entertainment Society. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
