About Joseph
Joseph Cuffari was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1981 and to the Barristers' Society of Nova Scotia in 2004. He has more than 42 years of experience in family law and mediation, residential and commercial real estate, and wills and estates. He has extensive experience negotiating domestic contracts and resolving disputes over custody, access, support, and property equalization, and represents buyers, sellers, mortgage brokers, and lenders in real estate transactions.
