About Ann

Ann Zhang is an associate with Osler's Pensions and Benefits group in Toronto. Her work includes counselling pension plan sponsors and administrators, in both government and private settings, on fund investment, governance, administration and compliance with regulatory requirements, along with pension considerations tied to corporate mergers, acquisitions and cross-border lending deals. Ann completed her law degree at the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law, chairing the Students' Law Society and serving as lead teaching assistant for its Academic Success Program, while also sitting as an associate editor of the Windsor Law Review. She previously earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, concentrating in finance and economics, and was awarded prizes for her academic standing in corporate law and securities regulation coursework.
