Andrew Guaglio is an associate whose practice focuses on criminal and regulatory defence, professional discipline, and constitutional law. He has worked on cases at every level of court in Ontario and British Columbia, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada, and is ranked as an Associate to Watch in Crime by Chambers Canada. Andrew earned his law degree from the University of British Columbia, where he received the Premier and Wesbrook Scholarships, and before joining Fenton Law Barristers he articled with and worked at two prominent criminal law firms. He also interned with the Prosecution Division of the International Criminal Court in The Hague and served as a judicial law clerk at the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Andrew has long focused on human rights work, volunteering with the UBC Innocence Project, Lawyers' Rights Watch Canada, and UBC's Immigration and Refugee legal clinic, and he currently acts as counsel with Innocence Canada and sits on the Criminal Lawyers' Association's Mentorship Committee.
