About Heidi

Heidi Reinhart is a partner in the corporate, M&A and securities group and co-chair of the Toronto business law group. She is a founding member of the Special Situations team handling company defence, board governance and shareholder activism. In 2023, she was appointed King's Counsel and is a recipient of the King Charles III Coronation Medal.
