About Fraser

He is a member of the Competition, Antitrust and Foreign Investment group and advises on all aspects of competition law, including merger review, joint ventures and strategic alliances, criminal and civil investigations and regulatory compliance matters. He also advises on foreign investment and national security reviews under the Investment Canada Act. Before joining the firm, he held senior positions with the federal government, including advising the Ministers of Public Safety, International Trade and Fisheries and Oceans.
