About Pooja
Pooja co-leads the Tax Controversy and Litigation group and is a tax litigator with experience resolving complex tax disputes and litigation matters. She has worked on precedent-setting cases representing major corporate taxpayers across various industries and has appeared at all levels of court, including successful appeals before the Supreme Court of Canada. She's an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School and has taught tax courses at Queen's, McGill and the University of Toronto.
