About Brianne

Brianne Powell is an associate whose litigation practice spans civil, commercial, construction, and employment matters. She works to make sure clients fully understand their options along with the risks and practicalities involved before moving forward. Brianne enjoys finding creative solutions to legal problems and building strong working relationships throughout the legal community, which often helps her secure favourable settlements without going to trial. When a case does need to go before a judge, she's fully prepared to fight for a good outcome. She earned her B.A. (Hons.) from Western University in 2018 and her J.D. from Western University in 2022, and was called to the bar in 2023. She belongs to the Hamilton Law Association.
