About Andrea

Andrea Johnson is a partner at Gerrand Rath Johnson LLP practising administrative law and civil litigation, with a focus on labour, employment, human rights, and professional regulatory matters. She represents clients on workplace issues such as dismissals, discrimination, and accommodation, and advises municipal councils on conflicts of interest and employment matters. Andrea has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan and before bodies including the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board and the Canadian Industrial Relations Board. She is President of the Friends of the Royal Saskatchewan Museum and a past President of the Regina Bar Association, and received Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan's Volunteer of the Year award in 2023. Andrea earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan in 2009 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law in 2012, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2013.
