About Joy

Joy Brailean is a litigation associate at McDougall Gauley's Regina office with a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. She joined the firm as an articling student in 2025. Previously she volunteered with Student Legal Services of Edmonton and the Edmonton Community Legal Center between 2023 and 2025. Joy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with distinction from the University of Regina in 2022, earning the University Prize for highest academic average, and a Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2025. She was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2026.
