About Marie

Marie Stack is a partner at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office with a general civil litigation practice. She advises on workplace policy development, employment standards compliance, employment agreements, severance, accommodation, occupational health and safety, and grievances under collective agreements, and has handled shareholder disputes, partnership conflicts, and major construction matters. She volunteers as a supervising lawyer with Pro Bono Students Canada and sits on the boards of Saint Thomas More College and the Canadian Mental Health Association's Saskatoon Branch. Marie earned a Bachelor of Arts with double honours in Philosophy and Political Studies from the University of Saskatchewan in 2001 and a Bachelor of Laws in 2004.
