About David
David Cahill is the managing lawyer at the Cahill Firm, practising family law and mediation in Kingston and across Eastern Ontario. He grew up moving around Ontario, having lived in London, Sault Ste. Marie, Sudbury, Timmins, Wiarton, and Kincardine before settling in Kingston. He earned his Juris Doctor from Western University in 2017 and a Master of Laws from Queen's University in 2020, and became an Accredited Family Mediator with the Ontario Association of Family Mediators in 2022 and an Ontario Collaborative Professional in 2023. His practice covers divorce litigation, parenting arrangements, support, separation and cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, property division, and child protection proceedings.
