About Alina
Alina practices residential and commercial real estate, wills and powers of attorney, estate administration, and corporate law, including incorporations, annual resolutions, corporate reorganizations, and asset and share transactions, as well as drafting and reviewing commercial leases. She earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen's University before attending Lakehead University's condensed law program, where she served as president of the Women in Law Club, organized events and fundraisers for community organizations, and worked on the Lakehead Law Journal. Alina completed an intensive placement at Wilson Brigneti during law school, gaining experience in real estate, wills and estates, and corporate law, and rejoined the firm permanently after being called to the Ontario Bar.
