About John
John is a Kingston native who graduated from Queen's Law School and joined his father's law practice in 1994. He practices in all areas of real estate law, including residential and commercial purchases, sales, financing, real estate development and commercial tenancies. He also advises clients on corporate and business matters, including new incorporations, corporate restructuring, succession planning, business purchases and sales, and shareholder and partnership agreements. John's clients include developers, builders, condominium corporations, financial institutions, private and not-for-profit corporations, public organizations, sole proprietorships and religious organizations. He also has extensive experience in estate administration, estate planning, and drafting wills and powers of attorney.
