About Amy
Amy Sidhu is a partner in Waterstone's Abbotsford and Chilliwack offices and a member of its business law, banking law and real estate development groups. She advises business clients across their company life cycle, including shareholder and partnership agreements, reorganizations, and asset and share purchases, for clients in sectors such as agriculture, development and industrial services. In real estate development, she represents developers of residential and commercial projects from initial disclosure filings through to project completion. She also acts for lenders, including banks and credit unions, and for borrowers on commercial loan transactions. Sidhu was born and raised in Abbotsford, earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria in 2008 and a law degree from the University of British Columbia in 2012, and was called to the bar in 2013 after articling in downtown Vancouver.
