About Ravi
Ravi Duhra is a partner at RDM Lawyers and head of the firm's commercial department. He focuses on real estate law, business law and commercial lending, including real estate development, subdivisions, leasing and conveyancing. His business practice covers the purchase and sale of businesses, incorporations, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, and he acts as outside counsel for several banks, credit unions and private lenders.
