About Cole

Cole Cartwright is an associate lawyer in Waterstone's Chilliwack office practising in business law, real estate transactions, and wills and estates, with a focus on individuals and closely held businesses. He was born and raised in the Fraser Valley, completed his JD at the University of Victoria, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of the Fraser Valley. He works on business formation and governance, commercial and residential real estate transactions and development projects, and estate planning, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2024. He is a director of the UFV Cascade Journalism Society and of Wilma's Transition Society.
