About Clint
Clint Harcourt is a partner practising primarily out of Waterstone's Langley office in business law and real estate. He has experience in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, and a wide range of real estate transactions, including bare strata plans, shopping centre and commercial property acquisitions, office tower buy-outs and subdivisions. He also acts for pubs and liquor stores on Liquor Control and Licensing Branch matters, and for financial institutions and private lenders on security documentation. Harcourt studied Political Science and Economics at Simon Fraser University before earning his law degree from the University of British Columbia, and was called to the bar in 1996. He articled at a large Vancouver firm before joining Waterstone Law Group and became a partner in January 2004. He has lived in Langley for over a decade and has served on the boards of the Langley Chamber of Commerce and the South Fraser Home Support Society.
