About Brian
Brian Twerdoff focuses his practice on real estate, corporate and commercial law, and wills and estates. He grew up in British Columbia and attended Simon Fraser University before returning to Alberta for law school at the University of Calgary. Prior to joining Clark & Clark, he articled and practiced at a large international law firm in downtown Calgary, where he worked on large commercial real estate acquisitions, divestitures and leasing matters for Canadian REITs and other clients after being called to the bar in 2011. He has since broadened his practice to include residential real estate transactions, wills and estates, and smaller private financings, having worked at large firms, small firms, and as a solo practitioner. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association's Southern Alberta Real Property Subsection and Business Law (South) Subsection.
