About Paul

Paul Kathler is a partner at D'Arcy + Deacon LLP, which he joined in 2016. His practice is split between civil litigation and administrative advocacy, covering contractual disputes, debtor and creditor litigation, collections, and builders' liens matters. He has appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba and the Federal Court of Canada, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants. His administrative practice includes appearances before tribunals, boards, and municipal councils, with a focus on rural and agricultural development issues and supply-managed products. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2016 and his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in 2013.
