About Robert

Robert W. Vitols is a partner at Dyer Brown who joined after earning an Honours B.A. from the University of Waterloo and an LL.B from the University of Western Ontario. Vitols established a practice focused on insurance litigation, personal injury, accident benefits, wrongful dismissal, and professional malpractice, and has appeared as counsel in numerous jury and judge-alone trials, the Ontario Court of Appeal, Federal Court, and administrative tribunals. Vitols became partner in 2004.
