About Jennifer
Jennifer Hogan is a partner at Roper Greyell advising and representing employers, including in the municipal, education, and forestry sectors, in labour, employment, and human rights law. She advises on the creation, maintenance, and termination of the employment relationship, workplace accommodation, and collective agreement disputes including interpretation, dismissal, and job selection grievances. She holds a BA in Criminology from Simon Fraser University and an LLB from the University of Victoria, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2011.
