About Howard
Howard Levitt is a senior partner at Levitt LLP who has acted as lead counsel in more employment law cases before the Supreme Court of Canada and provincial Courts of Appeal than any other lawyer in Canadian history. He has published six employment law books, including The Law of Dismissal in Canada, writes a regular Financial Post column, and was elected a bencher of the Law Society of Ontario in 2023.
