About Rachel
Rachel Berger-Viflanzoff is an associate in Osler's Tax Group, working from the Vancouver office. Her practice blends tax planning, tax dispute work, and corporate matters connected to private company mergers and acquisitions. She completed her J.D. with a concentration in business law at the Peter A. Allard School of Law and holds a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto, where she studied mathematics and history. During law school, Berger-Viflanzoff served as a clinic head with the Law Students' Legal Advice Program, sat on the Allard School of Law's Wellness Committee, and tutored students preparing for the LSAT.
