About Greg
Greg Lauer is a barrister and solicitor based in North Vancouver, BC, representing British Columbia residents who are injured or killed in the United States. He is dual-licensed in Canada and the United States, is a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the BC Trial Lawyers Association, and is admitted to practise in U.S. federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States. Greg studied at the University of Texas at Austin and Baylor Law School, then practised in South Florida for 20 years, including as a government prosecutor. In 2006 he founded his own U.S. firm focused on serious injury and wrongful death cases in federal court, and has tried more than 90 U.S. jury trials as lead counsel. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and personally manages the Canadian side of each case, including ICBC and Medical Services Plan issues, while the U.S. side proceeds.
