About Alissa

Alissa gives employers practical, tailored guidance on a broad range of workplace issues, including wrongful dismissals, human rights complaints, and disputes over employment standards. She works with clients to resolve matters before they escalate into litigation, though when settlement isn't possible she advocates on their behalf at the Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal. Alissa holds a B.A. (Hons) and a J.D. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with her dog, trying new restaurants around the city, and going to concerts.
