About Sam

Sam Muise is an associate whose practice centers on helping Indigenous governments pursue reconciliation and resolve historic wrongs through negotiations and specific claims. Sam also supports clients with corporate and commercial agreements that enable equity ownership and participation in major projects, and assists in setting up Indigenous trusts to protect intergenerational wealth. Sam holds a JD from Dalhousie University and a BSc from the University of Toronto, and is called to the bar in Ontario.
