Brooke previously served as a policy advisor and legislative assistant to Ontario's Minister of Labour, giving her in-depth knowledge of workplace legislation. She guides employees and employers through employment relationships and has represented clients before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, and the Superior Court of Justice.
