About Alexia
Prior to joining Polley Faith, Alexia worked as an associate at a large national firm in Canada, where her practice covered insolvency litigation, financial restructuring, and general insolvency advice. She represented court officers, secured creditors, and debtor-in-possession lenders in formal insolvency proceedings. She completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Windsor in 2020, and during law school she worked as a caseworker for Community Legal Aid and also gave her time to Pro Bono Students Canada, while being part of Women in the Law and the Windsor Italian Law Association. Alexia also holds an Honours BA from the University of Toronto, where she majored in Ethics, Society and Law with minors in Italian Studies and Philosophy, and she was called to the Ontario bar in 2021.
