About Frank
Frank Carson maintains a busy solicitor's practice in real estate, commercial, and corporate law, and represents several Crown corporations and agencies. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia in 1976, a law degree there in 1977, and was called to the bar in 1978. He has served 12 years as a council member of Oak Bay Municipal Council, as a director of the Vancouver Island Health Authority, on the Victoria Police Board, and as past chair of the B.C. Transit Board of Directors.
