Greg Van Popta practises real estate law with an emphasis on land development, including assembling development land, rezoning, and structuring single-family, commercial, and mixed-use projects. He advises on the corporate structures behind real estate transactions, including partnerships and joint ventures, and has extensive experience with commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, and financing. He also assists with disclosure statements, sales contracts, and commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants. He's been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada for real estate law in the 2025 and 2026 editions and serves on the Bethesda Christian Association board.
