Caza Saikaley is a litigation firm in downtown Ottawa. All of its lawyers practice in both English and French, which the firm says is uncommon among Canadian litigation firms of its size. The practice covers commercial disputes, employment and defamation cases, construction and shareholder disputes, and constitutional and linguistic rights matters, and its lawyers argue cases at every level of court in Ontario, in New Brunswick and Quebec, and regularly before the Supreme Court of Canada.

Ronald F. Caza and Jeff G. Saikaley founded the firm together. Caza spent 15 years at a large Ottawa law firm, eventually managing its Ottawa office and sitting on its national management committee, before starting Caza Saikaley. Caza was called to the Ontario bar in 1989, and Saikaley followed in 2002. Caza has also been a director of Ottawa's Montfort Hospital and has spoken publicly about the hospital's fight to keep operating as a French-language teaching hospital, a cause tied to the firm's continuing focus on linguistic rights. The firm also includes an arbitrator who holds the designation of King's Counsel and spent years as Chief General Counsel at the federal Department of Justice before turning to arbitration and mediation work.
