About Jeff

Jeff G. Saikaley is a partner and co-founder of Caza Saikaley LLP in Ottawa. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 2001, following a B.A. from the same university in 1998, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2002. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, employment law, defamation and libel, commercial and international arbitration, commercial leases, construction, contracts, professional malpractice, shareholder disputes, and procurement, and he was co-counsel in the Supreme Court of Canada decision Cusson v. Quan. He's a board member of La Société des plaideurs, co-chairs the Trembello Civil Litigation Conference for the county's bar association, and has served on the advisory committee of Arbitration Place since 2017. He received the Ottawa Business Journal and Ottawa Chamber of Commerce's Top Forty Under 40 award in 2016, and is bilingual in English and French.
