About Pam

Pam Vermeersch is chair of the firm's Corporate Department and a member of the National Management Committee, providing strategic leadership for the firm's Canadian corporate commercial, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and tax practices. She previously served as managing partner of the firm's Hamilton office and leader of the office's Corporate Commercial Department. Recognized by Lexpert as one of Canada's foremost lawyers, she advises on the full spectrum of corporate and commercial matters with focus on M&A, private equity, restructurings and franchising. She brings practical understanding of business realities, strengthened through a secondment with the Canadian subsidiary of a multinational manufacturing company.
