About Mikaela

Mikaela Wang is an associate at Goodmans, where she is building a broad corporate practice. Her work centers on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, competition matters, and foreign investment issues. Before attending law school, Mikaela worked as a senior officer with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Rome, Italy.
