About Kristina

Kristina Bezprozvannykh joined M&H LLP as an associate after being called to the bar in 2017. Her practice covers civil litigation, expropriation, land use planning, and real estate, and she has acted for both private landowners and public authorities. Kristina has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Ontario Land Tribunal, and the Landlord and Tenant Board. She previously articled at a global firm in Ottawa and worked in litigation groups at two Toronto boutique firms, handling contractual disputes tied to real estate, leasing, and construction. She earned her Juris Doctor and Licentiate in Law at the University of Ottawa.
