About Adrienne
Adrienne Oake is a Senior Associate at Torys practicing commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with particular focus on contractual disputes, construction and real estate matters, as well as multi-jurisdictional class actions. She has appeared as counsel in Ontario's Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal, and has argued before trial and appellate courts in British Columbia and Saskatchewan. In 2018, she was named a Harold G. Fox Scholar and spent a year working in barristers' chambers in London, England, focusing largely on complex commercial litigation matters. She was recognized in the 2024-2026 editions of Best Lawyers in Canada in the ones-to-watch category for corporate and commercial litigation.
