About Adele
Adele J. Finlayson practised intellectual property law at Macera & Jarzyna LLP, joining the firm in 2000 and specializing in trademarks and copyright since 1981. She was able to provide legal services in both English and French, and wrote and spoke frequently on intellectual property topics. Adele served on the Publications Subcommittee of the International Trademark Association and was formerly a member of its Trademark Agent Examination Committee. She holds an MA in French Language and Literature, an LL.B. and a D.E.S. in Public Law, and is a barrister and solicitor and registered trademark agent.
