Katie Wang is a lawyer, registered patent agent and registered trademark agent at Aventum IP Law LLP. She counsels clients on intellectual property procurement, transactions and enforcement, with a patent practice spanning pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical, biotech, cleantech, medical device and internet-related technologies, including drafting, filing, prosecution and litigation strategy. She also handles conflict, protest and re-examination proceedings, advises on patent infringement, validity and freedom-to-operate questions, and has negotiated licensing, R&D and technical consulting agreements.
